Our Central Labor Councils (CLC) provide the most direct link between Florida's Union Members and the larger Labor Movement. Each CLC represents unions in specific geographic areas of the Florida. Each Central Labor Council maintains its own bylaws and operates under clear democratic principles. Our Central Labor Councils are grouped by geographic zones of the state.

There are nine Central Labor Councils in Florida.
North Florida CLC – Representing Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns counties.
North Central Florida CLC – Representing Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Marion, Putnam, Suwannee, and Union counties
Northwest Florida Federation of Labor – Representing Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Calhoun, Bay, Washington, Liberty, Madison, Gadsen, Franklin, Taylor, Wakulla, Leon, and Jefferson counties.
Space Coast AFL-CIO – Representing Brevard County including the communities serving NASA and related facilities of Cape Canaveral.
Volusia/Flagler AFL-CIO- Representing Volusia and Flagler counties
Central Florida AFL-CIO – Representing Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.

West Central Florida Federation of Labor – Representing Citrus, DeSoto, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, and Sumter counties.

Broward County AFL-CIO- Representing Broward County.
Palm Beach/Treasure Coast AFL-CIO- Representing Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie counties.
South Florida AFL-CIO- Representing Dade, Monroe, Hendry, Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Glades counties.
