The Executive Board is empowered by our bylaws to serve as the principal governing body of the federation between conventions. This is an elected board that is designed to ensure fair representation for all of the diverse trades, professions and interests of the labor movement in Florida. The Florida AFL-CIO is committed to ensuring that the make-up of our board is as diverse as the members we represent.
